It was back in 1947 that Ross Elliott had decided it was time. That's when he and his wife Carol
started Vigo Manufacturing, a trade shop for jewelers in the Wabash Valley. And it wasn't too long
afterwards that Ross Elliott Jewelers opened to the public. From the beginning, Ross and Carol
