QUALITY GRADE GUARANTEE
Ross Elliott Jewelers assures you your diamond has been graded accurately by a graduate of the Gemological Institute
of America. If an independent diamond grading laboratory arrives at a lower cut, color, or clarity grade on your
diamond, we will replace that diamond with one certified of the quality represented on your original appraisal or issue a full refund.
BEST PRICE GUARANTEE
Ross Elliott Jewelers promises you that our diamond values are the best, and we'll give you 90 days to find a
better value on the comparable diamond. If you do, we'll match that price or give you a full refund.
LIFETIME DIAMOND REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
If you lose your diamond because of a mounting defect or your diamond chips or cracks, Ross Elliott Jewelers
will repair or replace your diamond, at our option, with another diamond of equal value at no charge providing that:
- Your diamond jewelry is inspected, cleaned and recorded by our store at least every six months.
- Your diamond jewelry has not been subject to abuse or accident.
This warranty is valid on purchases up to $5,000 and is invalid should the jewelry be serviced by another jeweler.
