When you bring your jewelry to our store for repair, our associates will perform an initial inspection of your jewelry to determine an estimated price for performing any needed repairs. However, there is often additional necessary work that is not known until after the jewelry has been completely cleaned and inspected by the jeweler who would be performing the work. When this is the case, Ross Elliott Jewelers will always reach out to you with details before beginning any work and request your approval to proceed.
While most repairs are performed in our store, it is occasionally preferred for certain repairs to be shipped out to be addressed by the original manufacturer. If this is the case with your jewelry repair, we will always reach out to you for approval prior to shipping anything out.
After repair work is completed, your jewelry then goes through our quality control process to ensure that all work was completed as requested. Once your jewelry passes inspection, we will reach out to you by the preferred notification method you chose when dropping off your jewelry.
